Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

Cash Advances

I got in deep with cash advance loans. I had been paying the interest on them for several months but it got to the point I could no longer pay my bills and I had to stop paying them to pay my bills. They are now calling and threatening me with fraud plus other possible charges. What legal ramification can I expect other than having to pay them back plus interest even if it is through garnishment?

Re: Cash Advances

Civil and criminal fraud is only available to them if they can prove that you never had any intention of repaying the loans. Paying the interest establishs some intent to pay the whole.
