Re: arrest warrants

Do you know what the warrants are for and what court they are out of?

Re: arrest warrants

They must be misdemeanors, or you missed a court for a ticket. You could only be arrested in Ohio. I could look it up and see if you can pay your way out of it.

Re: arrest warrants

How did you find out that you have warrants from Ohio? Have you been to Ohio? When you were in Ohio did you get any traffic tickets? Parking tickets? Has someone else used your identification?

Most likely the warrants are for misdemeanor or traffic offenses but you really can't be sure without checking with the jurisdiction or court that issued the warrants. I have handled a number of cases invovlving someone using anothers identification. You really should have this resolved.

If you would like to disuss this further, feel free to email me and I will let you kknow what can be done.

Good Luck
