How long is it on your record if u plead no contest to drug abuse marijuana?

I plead no contest for drug abuse when i was 20 and 21 i am now 27 how long does this stay on your record and is it ever sponged off? Also will this possibly affect employment because it was so long ago? Should I put this on my application online when they are asking about it?

Depending on whether it was a midemeanor or felony will determine your course of action on expunging the record.

You have to tell me where you were convicted so that I know what ordinance you were convicted under. If it was the state code and many other municipal codes then it was a minor misdemeanor, and if that is the case, you don't have to report it. If it was in Medina, for instance, it is a first degree misdemeanor there, and you would need to have it expunged.
