Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Ohio

Dress Code

There are approximately 200 employees where I work, of this number about 20 are woman. The woman were singled out and called into a meeting pertaining to the dress code and none of the men were invited. Is this proper procedure for the work place?

Re: Dress Code

Provided the comments were not discriminatory it sounds ok,--it depends on what was said to the women, what was said to the men and whether the effect was to stigmatize the women. It does sound a small alarm, but without more there doesn't seem to be a problem.
