Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Annullment or Dissolution

I have been married for 7 years to man that suffers from severe clinical depression. There are no children. What are the standards for annulment? Is it easier to obtain a dissolutionment? I honestly did not understand the depression siutation until after the marriage.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Annullment or Dissolution

You are probably best served by filing for a dissolution, provided that you and your husband can agree on all matters of debt and property division, and spousal support, if any. Both parties must agree to get a dissolution. To get an annulment, you must prove that he hid his condition, and all of its consequences from you.
