Does my baby father have the right to see her when my husband is the one who has taken care of the child and is on the birth cirth they my husband knows and so does the babys father. How do I keep him away from her she is 3 years old and he does not want to pay for her I told him to go request patirnuy and he does not want to. he just wants to be able to see here. I want him out of my life and hers what do I do please help. I am afraid of him I am scared to send her to school cuz he might take her

If the putative father does not want to establish paternity, then some sort of a restraining order against him might be appropriate. If you receive any form of public assistance for the child, then they might require that paternity be established.
