Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Granddauhter

My Grandaughter was taken from my daughter and placed in a foster home in December.

I went to court January 3rd and was given temporary custody through Human Services, they told me she would be brought to me on January 10th 2007. Then they called and said it would be January 17th. I still don't have her.

Now there saying I have to wait until she gets out of Trauma counceling and they stopped all my visits.

I can't get a straight answer and the judge already signed the papers for me to have her. What do I do or who do I contactt for help in this matter?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Re: Granddauhter

I suggest that, if you don't have an attorney, you write a letter to the judge explaing this.
