Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Child Support

My son is having a problem. His ex-wife has a very bad habit of writing bad checks. She is blaming this on his child support. He is paying his child support, the full amount and it is on time. He pays it 1/2 on the first and 15th of each month- that is when he gets paid. His ex-wife is writing checks against this money before it is sent to her or despoited in her checking account. Her current husband does not work, refuses to work for these past 4 years.

She fails to see the problem is not her getting her child support, her problem is her writing bad checks and her current husband not working or supporting the family. Can my son be held responsibile for her bad checks? Can she force him to pay her expenses for the NSF checks? She seems to think she can.
