Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

In my divorce I agreed to pay 20% of our two childrens college education and we projected 4 years each at $30,000/yr. Now one of my children is going to a college that is one third of that, am I still entitled to pay 20% on $30,000 even though it costs $18,000?

You need to look at your divorce decree. Did it indicate that you would pay 20% on tuition up to $30,000 per year, or did it just state that you would pay $6,000 per year? The terms of the divorce decree will decide how much you are to pay.
