Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

What documentation do I need to bring to my upcoming child support hearing in Ohio? Also, I filed for joint legal and joint residential custody in which the hearing is 16 days later. Can I request a continuence until after this date? I'm not sure if having joint custody would affect child support.

If this is your first hearing, probably nothing is required, but if there has been specific request for info, bring what they ask for. Usually they want your last 3 years of tax filings. Health insurance costs for the child specifically and day care receipts would be good too. Pay stubs are good too. Call me directly for more info. 216.952.1990
