Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Guardianship

My 33 year old daughter and 14 grandson have lived with me for many years. My daughter is planning on moving in with her fiance who lives in another school district. My daughter and I both agree that Andrew should continue attending the school where I live and I said he could continue living with me. What do we need to do regarding guardianship? She doesn't want to give him up, but do I need to have something in place so that he can continue going to his same school?

Re: Guardianship

You can have a kinship power of attorney prepared and submitted to the local juvenile court. I'd be happy to help in this regard.
