Marital assests?

My uncle put his house solely into the name of my aunt.

They are now separating and may file for divorce. Assuming all of the money to purchase the house came from him, is she entitled to all of the proceeds, or any of the proceeds, if she sells it today?

How marital property is titled is essentially irrelevant with respect to equitable distribution.
