Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Medical expenses

My current decree calls for a 50/50 split on medical expenses, but my ex makes about 5 times what I earn. When I go back to increase the child support can I have the percentage of medical expenses altered as well? Also, he changes the insurance plan almost yearly to go with whatever is cheapest that his company is offering, the kids have lost vision exams coverage from this last switch. Doesn't he have to provide the equivilant to what we were carrying when we were married or the best the company offers? Thanks.

Re: Medical expenses

You can always move the court to have the medical percentages changed, provided that such is in the best interests of the children. Ask CSEA to do a health insurance investigation to get better coverage.
