Retirement Settlements

If my ex wife is entitled to a portion of my military retirement, is she still entitled to it if she gets remarried to someone who has a large retirement fund?

The answer to your question may turn on whether she was awarded your military retirement as spousal support or as part of the the equitable division of property. Which was it?

No, if she remarries, she forfeits her entitlement share of your retirement pension.
