Can an employer stop paying his portion of your health insurance without notifying you? In this case he still deducted for health insurance for five months after he stopped paying his share.

If the employer is deducting health insurance premiums from your paycheck, but not paying the premiums, that could be considered a theft. If there were an injury, the employer could be personally responsible for the medical bills. I had a case like this and the employer was responsible for the bills.
