Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Automobile Accident Injury Claim

A passenger and I were injured in a collision in which the other driver was cited, and her insurance company assumed full liability. They offered an amount as settlement with which part of the money I was to reimburse my insurance company, and the remainder was less than the amount of my medical bills. I am still having pain, which my physician says will remain until the muscles in my neck and back have gained endurance, which could be months away. I left my former job partially because I was no longer physically able to fulfill my duties. What courses of action do I have?
