I own land in Ohio jointly with three other relatives. One died with no will in Feb 2010. How do we resolve changing the title?

You will have to look at the actual deed to determine how to proceed.

If the langague joint with right of survivorship is on the deed, then you will need to file an affidavit with the deceased person's death certificate with the county recorder.

If that langauge does not appear, a probate proceeding will need to be commenced and his or her partial interest will transfer to his or her heirs.

You should consult an attorney who can review the deed and determine the best course of action.
