sold our house and buyer wants to sue cause oven is dirty, can i be sued for a dirty oven?

Dear Inquirer: Your buyer is looking for any excuse to harass you. Unless your Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Real Property specifically provides for Seller to convey clean oven with this transaction, your Buyer has dreams of fantasy, unfounded in law or fact.

There is no basis for such a ridiculous claim, in my professional opinion. Tell them to purchase a good can of oven cleaner and get busy!
