Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

How do you go about getting the title changed after the death of grandfather? My father has POA and wants to put the house in his name and he wants to know the steps through which he must go to put the home in his name.

Unless Grandpa had the property titled in survivorship, you most likely are going to need to go thru Probate Court to transfer the property. POA's die with their makers. Go see an attorney in your area with Probate and real estate experience. Good luck, I hope this goes easily.
