Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

my parents have been deceased for years, there was no will and the house or property has not been probated. ive live here for 10 years. is there a law about squarters rights?

You will probably need to probate the property. Squatters rights or adverse possession takes 21 years and I am not sure that it would apply when the owners are deceased.

You should talk to a probate attorney.
