I am 3 months pregnant. My landlord is evicting me due to noise disturbances. Is she able to do this ?

The reasonableness of his eviction must convince the judge in your city....It is an issue you can contest.....hopefully you have paid your rent on time, and have otherwise abided by the lease....a length of time you've been there without incident would also help....feel free to contact me directly......216.952.1990
