Accident Report
In my accident report i noticed that there was a section where each party is responible for giving a statement as to what happened. Well the part where it is supposed to be my statement is not what i said and where it asks for the witness signature it is not my signature. The only thing i signed was the ticket. I have only been in one other accident and at that time i was asked to write down what i believed happends nd the other party was to do the same and i signed that witness statement but i never signed this one. what should i do or is there anything that i can do because i have a court date on june 3rd.
