Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
My son was cited in Indiana for possesion of marajana.
Very small amount ..Misdameanor Class A. He is 18 with no prior record of any kind.
He turned the Pot over willingly during a traffice stop. He was on a bus full of 120 kids where 14 were cited for the tsame thing.
Court is this Tuesday. What can we expext his options will be?
