living trust
My father recently went over his living trust with my brothers and I. The problem is my last name is mis-spelled in there. He listed my last name with the incorrect last letter. Is the trust still enforceable?

Yes it is enforceable. You may want to suggest he do an amendment to correct the spelling but he probably identified you by relationship so it will not be difficult for the Trustee to figure out who you are.
