Unsure about bankruptcy
My husband and I are newly married. I had to file bankruptcyjust prior to our marriage. Now my husband is in the same situation with finances. I signed for a card on his credit cards . will they be able to come after me for payment if he files bankruptcy?

Yes. However, you can file a 13 if you want to. You can only file a 7 once every 6 years, so if you filed a 7 before, a 13 is your only option other than paying or ignoring the debt.
