Legal Question in Employment Law in Oklahoma

tuition reimbursement and termination

The company offers tuition reimbursement but it clearly states employee must be employed for 6 months after receiving reimbursement or he/she is responsible for paying back the company. Recently an employee has been terminated and had just received $1500 for tuition reimbursement. Can the company keep his last two paychecks to offset the loan of his college imbursement?
