Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon

possesion

driving on highwy 97to oregon state trooper passing in opposite direction passed us myself and a driving companion pulled over to see the tree of shoes the trooper came up behind us turned his lights for a second approached the vehicle claimed wen he passed us that he thought we were speedindg then said that we were goin under the speed limit and asked to search the vehicle i gave him consent prior to leavn for my trip a mutual friend of mine asked for me to take a box with me to oregon that she claimed had clothing and a some one would pic it up coming from washington during the search they opened the box and found 12ounces of marijuana and now being charged with possesion distributing and child neglect i have never been in trouble before and need legal advice i told the troopers what happenedd and took the box and my phone and gave me three citations to my understandind 2of them are felonys . what do i do ? what are the laws in oregon ? what are punishments ther if convicted.? really need some legal support

Punishments could include prison time and loss of child custody. You'll get 'legal support' by hiring an Oregon attorney to defend you. Other than that, tips and hints from here aren't going to be of any value to you.
