Legal Question in Social Security Law in Oregon
ex husbands pension
We were married for 23 year, divorced in 1984. I put in my years with that man and now I'm 62 drawing social security. A person I know said I might be intittled to part of his pension, sence it was so many years together. There is nothing in my divorce deree saying that I was not to recieve part of his pention.
