assalam o alaikum in g&w case if respondent mother ( of Male ward ) doesnt appear after publication what will be next action of guardian court ?

There will be ex party proceedings if party is not appearing before court. I think you should not wait and see rather be an active part of the proceedings else you may deprived from your established right.
