Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I filed an execution against the defendant for claiming the maintenance etc after getting the decree from family court. The defendant has already been absconded to Canada before the filing of my initial cases of recovery of articles and maintenance. He has no property in Pakistan. Please guide me
i) How the execution will be executed.
ii) Is there any law exists so that the defendant may be sued (in Canada) through the Pakistani court of law.

The Canadian Govt is very strict in this regard, You hv already file an execution. after a court issued a warrant or write to Canadian Ambassador . Canadian govt ll ask the judgment debtor to pay the liabilities otherwise his visa ll be canceled.
