bankruptcy

after i filed for bankruptcy i mortgage my house and there was a lein on it and the card co got there . did my lawyer do a bad job? CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

I don't understand the question. If you mortgaged your house after you filed for bankruptcy then it would be a post-petition debt. If there was equity in the house and the house was not listed in the bankruptcy and/or the bankruptcy court did not approve of your obtaining credit, then you may have more serious concerns than a matter of lien avoidance.
