My husband is considering bankruptcy. He sold a motorcycle about 2 months ago will this affect the bankruptcy and how and we also own a 4 wheeler will they take that?

It depends on the actual value of the bike and what he got for it as well as the 4 wheeler. There are many exemtpions that cover most personal property, so it will likely be okay.
