Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania

If we want to send our vehicle back to the bank

my husband and i filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and was discharged in may. we wanted to keep our vehicle but now have decided that its not helping our credit at all and want to purchase another vehicle. if we give it back to the bank will we have to pay anything if they sell it and it doesn't equal what we owed on it?

If the debt was not re-affirmed in bankruptcy, and it probably was not, then you will not be liable for the deficiency. But if you did reaffirm the debt, then you will be liable.
