Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania

Bankruptcy law, while on an article of agreement????

We sold our home on article of agreement in May 2001. Now the man that entered into the agreement, just filed bankruptcy (chapter 7).I've never heard of this. Because the agreement is just like their renting it till its paid off in 2013! what are our rights?????

It is very importnnt not to take any action that would violate the automatic stay resulting from his bankruptcy. Violating the stay by conducting collection activity can result in substantial fines and possible imprisonment. You will need to contact an attorney to either petition the court to remove the stay or represent your interests under a reorganization plan. I offer free consultations.
