Car Loan and Baknruptcy

If I file bankruptcy in the State of Pennsylvania and I have an outstanding automobile debt, can they take the car away from me?

No, the car will not be taken away as long as you make the payments.

Under either a chapter 13 or 7 you can keep your vehicle. Under the 7 you would reaffirm the debt which would make it non dischargeable. Under a 13 you would continue to make payments as you normally do.
