Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

insurance?

I need to know if the insurance Co. says in it's contract with me that they will cover me if I feel my life is in danger and I go to the hospital; for what I thought would or could kill me can they dfeny my clain and is it true that if the contract is ambigous they must cover the claim if I acted on the unclear part that they now refuse to pay. Do you have any legal sights I could put in an appeal of this denial

Re: insurance?

IF what you are saying is true, it's probably correct that they have to cover you. However, it would depend on the facts of the particular case. If you want to email or call and give more specific details, and tell me the specific language of the policy, we can go from there.
