Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

I need to know how I can sale my car were the buyer wants to make two(2) payments and protect myself from losing my car "if" he does not pay and or retain the title until hepays?

As an individual, I wouldn't accept 2 payments. Rather, I wouldn't give up the vehicle until the second payment is made. I would reduce the agreement to writing. Upon receipt of the second payment, I will agree to transfer the title to the vehicle to you.
