legal actions for Debt collection

Hi, I live in pa and wanted to know what legal actions can a debt collector that bought a charged off credit card debt from 2003 take in order to receive payment

They are going to file a lawsuit against you. It is imperative that you file the proper response in defending the claim. My office, or another consumer attorney, can assist you in this regard. Collection agencies are typically pretty easy to beat in court.
