child endangerment/misrepresentation of parent

Can anyone tell me what; other than filing contempt charges, can be done about medical information for minor children listing stepmother as mother and actual mother not being listed.

I don't even know what kind of contempt charges that you would file. It seems to me if the step-mother is listed as one of the next of kin that there might be some remedy through family court. If the child has some medical condition where the relationship is important that may also come into play but I think the hospitals and doctors would raise that as an issue. You may want to clarify your question.
