Contesting a confession

If a confession or statement is given under semi exteme condtions and is not given in the suspects own handwriting is there any loopholes to get this confession thrown out due to the possible altering of questions on the statement?

...absolutely. The 5th Amendment of the US Constitution and Miranda v. Arizona prohibit such conduct.

Please call me to discuss. Don't be thrown by the NJ address, as I am a member of the PA bar, as well.
