What kind of sentence does someone get if they violated probation with a felony 3 theft charge in recieving stolen property, that had a drug problem and was previously in rehab?

On a probation violation you can be re-sentenced on the initial charge that led to probation. The length of sentence and/or whether or not there's jail time depends on too many different factors to even guess at what it is likely to be. You should get an attorney or talk to a public defender as soon as possible.
