Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

nontraffic citation/summons

This occurred in norristown pa. I had a dispute with my ex in which i called the police to my house. the police issued me a citation thru the mail which says that I yelled obscenities, threats and insults. the both of us were yelling which included cuss words but I do not recall yelling ''threats'' unless me stating you are not getting anything unless you sue me in court'' My question is what constitutes as a ''threat'' and because all three were included in the charge, can I plead not guilty. In addition do I have the right to know what the police wrote down :my exact words: first before pleading. in the charge it just says ''She was involved in a loud verbal dispute and she yelled obscenities, threats and insults''. So part maybe true. Also what about No contest? thankyou
