public drunkenness

Can i fight a public drunkenness if they didnt give me a breathlyzer, And i was also 17 at the time.

You can contest the charges but you will probably lose. If you are underage the police do not need a brathalyzer. The testimony of an officer that he smelled alcohol on your breath is usually enough for the Magisterial District Judge.
