Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

simple assault charge

My roommate and I were in a physical altercation where ultimatly the police were called and because of bloody noses we were arrested, ETC. We both have been charged with simple assault. Neither one of us have been in trouble with the law before and we are not persuing charges against one another. My question is should we obtain counsel for when we go to court and also was wondering what is the most likely outcome.

Re: simple assault charge

You absolutely should retain counsel to defend these charges. In the case of mutual fights, police often arrest both and let the courts figure it out. Unfortunately, that can result in a criminal record for you. We offer reasonable rates. Give me a call at my direct line below. 267.639.3105
