Unfortunately, the law does not provide for expungements of guilty pleas or convictions for crimes greater than summary offenses. In order to get convictions for crimes greater than summary offense off your criminal record you will need to file an application for a pardon with the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons. You may find information about the PA Board of Pardons by going to: www.bop.state.pa.us/ for more information.
