if im underage and was drinking one night and the cops find out about it days later what can they do?

Re: underage drinking Generally, the police can do nothing. They have no evidence.
However, it sounds like there is more going on than meets the eye in this situation. Police are not usually going around trying to bust under 21er's for drinking day's ago.
