Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

20 yr old DUI violation

Incurred 2 DUI infractions within a month of each other over 20 years ago; now facing a third. What are the implications in terms of eligibility for the ARD program or what are the likely sentencing that applies?

Re: 20 yr old DUI violation

The answer to yor question is dependant upon the county of the offense. Most county permit one ARD per lifetime. Some counties allow a second ARD after 10 years have passed.

If you are not ARD elegible, you would be senteced as a first time offender. Your sentence would depend upon your blood alcohol level.
