Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Breathlyzer device after license suspension for drunk driving

My nephew recently completed his license suspension for drunk driving. He now needs to get the breathlyzer installed in his vehicle. The problem is that he owns a lawn service and has five vehicles altogether. He was told that he will need to get a device installed in each vehicle, but his employees are not willing to use them. Is there some way this can be taken care of so that they will know it is him driving a certain vehicle? What are his options? He is worried about losing his business. Also, he was told it will be $1000 for each installation plus a monthly fee. PLEASE HELP. THANKS.

He may not have to get it installed on all of his vehicles. As a side note, he should not have company vehicles titled in his own name, they should be in the name of the business, both for legal purposes and tax purposes.

This is an easy problem to solve, have him contact us at the email below. Hope that helps.
