Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

dui fines

I was curious about a dui fine which is broken down into separate charges. The one I noticed that is an error is blood test charge for 240.00. I had refused this and any breath test. I contacted the DUI center and was told that it is automated and nothing could be done. I would really like this removed but cant seem to get around it.

This is interesting. This sounds like a class action to me since it is probably not worth pursuing on an individual basis. Let me know if you're interested.
