Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I have a pending court date on the 29th for paraphernalia and possession. I also have a disordely conduct on my record. It started out an underage and then eventually turned into the disordely conduct. I just got caught with an open container on 9-11, and im am still underage. They did not breathalize me or give me a sobrity test. It was my first beer and I only had a couple sips. My friend that got caught with me poured out both a pretty full beers. I have ten days (which is before my court date) to respond. I was just wondering if i pled guilty to the open container, would it be considerred a second offence on my record and affect my pending court hearing? Or could i plead not guilty so nothing will be offically on my record as a second offence untill my court date for the open container? I was alson wondering is there any way i can possibly not lose my drivers license?

Im not sure which area of law this really is.

You are in some serious jeopardy here, and it sounds like you haven't retained your own attorney yet to advise you.....WHY ??

If I were you, I'd sit down with a lawyer ASAP and lay it all out there for review and for proper advise. DO NOT CONTINUE POSTING ON THE INTERNET AS THESE POSTS ARE PUBLIC AND CAN BE USED AS STATEMENTS AGAINST YOU IN COURT!!

Underage carries a license suspension. You need an attorney to advise you and review the case. Its possible an attorney will be able to make a deal that will avoid the license suspension.
